Session One is the entry point for all new clients. This focused, one-hour session is designed to assess your current situation, identify gaps, and determine a clear path forward.
We will review your priorities, challenges, and objectives across your career, leadership, or job search. You will leave with direct, practical next steps and a clear understanding of where to focus your time and energy.
This session also ensures alignment on whether ongoing coaching is the right fit. Fee $165.
After Booking
You will receive a confirmation email with scheduling details. Please come prepared to discuss your goals and any immediate decisions or challenges you are navigating.
This session is direct, structured, and designed to create clarity from the start.
Executive Coaching Session – 1 Hour Session and 7 days of engagement

This 60-minute session is designed for established coaching clients who want to reconnect, work through a specific challenge, or get a trusted perspective on what is in front of them right now — on their schedule, when it matters most.

The Interview & Offer Prep Session
Targeted Coaching Session | Single Engagement

At the executive level, interviews are not won on credentials alone — and offers are rarely what they appear to be on the first read. This engagement is designed for the senior professional who wants to walk into the room fully prepared and walk away from the table with the best possible outcome.
It begins with a 90-minute private coaching session built around your specific opportunity — your narrative, your positioning, the questions you will face, and the compensation conversation you need to be ready to lead. Then it stays with you. For 30 days following your session, the Assembly client portal keeps you connected for real-time collaboration as the process unfolds. Share offer letters, request quick calls, ask questions, and get strategic guidance at the moments that matter most.
Fee $595.
At this level, the difference between a good outcome and a great one often comes down to what happens after the interview.

The Executive Investment is a structured monthly coaching engagement for managers and organizations ready to make a meaningful commitment to the development of a specific team member. Whether that individual is being prepared for advancement, navigating an expanded role, or working through a leadership inflection point, this engagement delivers expert, independent coaching with the transparency and accountability your organization requires.
Each month opens with a 60-minute alignment session between coach and manager — establishing priorities, calibrating expectations, and ensuring the work stays connected to what the organization needs. From there, four private 60-minute coaching sessions with the employee drive the development work. At the close of each month, a written progress update is delivered to both parties — keeping leadership informed without compromising the integrity of the coaching relationship.
